I love putting together different natural materials like brass, aluminum, glass and wood. Each of these raw elements has its own character and beauty, and together they give me space to come up with lots of unique ideas for hand-made wall art and lighting. The work is never complete before its placement in its final space, playing off its lights and shadows against other surrounding pieces.
Lately, I have also started experimenting with sculpting. The best part about this process is having within my hands a piece of formless clay and letting it lead the way. The more I move it around, the more it comes to life adding layer upon layer of meaning. It is a process of intuitive collaboration which I deeply enjoy.
